About

In-home and community-based care - meeting you where you’re at, literally!

You’re busy! I know that having to drive to a clinic can make accessing services feel, well, less accessible. That’s why I come to you - I’ll meet you at your house, or at your own chosen spot in your community - a community centre, your child’s recreation activities (where appropriate), a skating rink, a grocery store, etc. Contact me to discuss more about community options!

Neurodiversity-affirming approach.

Before we work together, let’s make sure we’re the right fit! I promote all modes of communication (speaking, AAC, gesturing, signing, etc.). I am currently on a mission to learn as much as I can about Gestalt Language Processing, and it is helping me understand how my clients process the world in so many ways! I don’t suppress or change stims, but see them as a functional and vital way to regulate the nervous system. I don’t promote neurotypical social skills or neurotypical play. I do follow my client’s lead and build sessions off their interests. I aim to build my clients up and promote self-advocacy, confidence, and resilience! If you have any questions about any of the above, I would love to chat more!
